Royalty was recently presented with the 2009 Floor Covering News and World Floor Covering Association Award of Excellence. This award is based on votes from over 6,000 carpet retailers, distributors, interior designers and installers, honoring Royalty for being the top carpet manufacturer of its size. The customers were asked to make their selection using the following criteria: “Service, Professionalism of Sales Force, Management Responsiveness, Value, Product Design, B2B, Handling of Claims, and Ease of Doing Business”.
Mike Derderian, president of Royalty Carpet Mills, stated, “We are thrilled to have been recognized with the 2009 Award of Excellence. It was a great and unexpected honor, and we will strive to conduct our business according to the standards that this award represents.”
