| Yes you can, we at MacFloor recommend using the diamond drill bit for the area. |

- When do I need to reseal the grout joints?
|
| Test with put drops of water on the grout, if the water absorbs into the grout, it is the time to reseal the grout joint. If the water stand on the grout joint seal is okay. |

- Can the tile floor crack if something drop on it?

| Tile is real durable, unless the object is real heavy & sharp. |

- How can the broken tile be replaced?
|
| You have to remove grout around tile area, break the tile by using tools such as hammer and chisel remove the tile, scrape the area of glue or mortar. Replace the tile and re grout. Make sure you have safety tool such as goggles and others. |

- What do I use to wash and clean the tile?
|
Clean glazed wall tiles with using a damp cloth or sponge with a non oil-based household cleaner. Vacuum glazed floor tiles regularly to remove dirt and other gritty particles. Do not to use ammonia, it may change the grout color. |

- How do I Clean Quarry Tile?

The best cleaner for removing cement residue on unglazed ceramic, mosaic or quarry tile is Sulfamic acid. |

- What can I use to clean grout?
|
For periodic deep cleaning of grout, a concentrated tile and grout cleaner should be used. Concentrated tile and grout cleaner is mixed with water, much like any common household cleaner. The floor should then be mopped and rinsed. Tile and grout cleaners are also available in a spray and wipe version. It is important to use a product specifically designed for grout and tile cleaning as other chemicals can bleach or stain grout. |

- What is used to remove grout haze from tile?

| Most grouts today are polymer modified, which means they have a latex in them. Use a latex grout film remover to clean the grout haze from the tile. Do not use muriatic acid. |

| The best cleaner removing residue is usually a mixture of one pound of sulfuric acid crystal to 5 gallons of water. Note: tile must be curved and follow the instruction before you use it. |
